Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a Tele Caller for Lokal’s audio/video vertical, you will act as the primary growth bridge for platform hosts and partners:
Outbound Outreach: Making structured outbound calls to potential and existing hosts, creators, or partners across the region.
Onboarding & Training: Guiding new digital hosts through the platform’s standard guidelines, helping them complete their profiles, and facilitating user activation.
Retention & Reactivation: Engaging with active creators to boost performance incentives and proactively contacting inactive users for platform reactivation.
Data Management: Tracking your pipeline, maintain daily records of call outcomes, onboarding statuses, and user escalations using CRM software and Google Sheets.
Eligibility Criteria & Technical Requirements

Academic Profile: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is highly valued.
Language Fluency: Exceptional verbal communication skills in Tamil (Reading and writing skills are highly preferred).
Domain Experience: Prior experience working as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, Telesales Agent, or Retention Specialist is a massive plus.
Core Soft Skills: High resilience, strong persuasion instincts, and the ability to navigate customer rejection or difficult conversations professionally.
