🛠️ Job Role & Training Structure

LTTS offers a robust 15-month training period to ensure you are industry-ready. The transition is structured as follows:

1. Phase 1: Internship (3 Months) * Focus: Classroom training.
   • Stipend: INR 25,000 per month.
2. Phase 2: On-the-Job Training (12 Months)
   • Role: Associate Engineer.
   • Post successful completion of classroom training.

Important Note: Selected candidates must sign a bond/undertaking of INR 2 Lakhs for a duration of 2 years and 9 months.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Eligible Branches: Mechanical, Electrical (EE), Metallurgical Engineering, and Mechatronics.

• Graduation Status: Candidates must pass their final year examination in the first attempt.
