Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer service, payment assistance, sales, and relationship management tasks via chat, email, and voice channels.
• Assist customers with membership plans, payment issues, and service inquiries.
• Use strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to guide clients effectively.

Required Skills & Eligibility Criteria

• Languages Required: Fluency in English along with any regional language: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
• Key Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or Diploma holder (in any specialization).
• Experience: 0 to 3 years. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management is an added advantage.
