Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage infrastructure support tickets, perform cloud operations using infrastructure-as-code, and leverage cutting-edge AI coding agents to accelerate workflows:
- Ticket & Access Management: Execute identity and access management across Azure Entra ID, AWS IAM, and GitHub; resolve infrastructure service tickets within defined SLAs.
- Cloud Resource Operations: Provision cloud resources (S3, Azure Blob, Key Vaults, Virtual Machines) using standardized Terraform templates. Maintain server disk space, permissions, and cost-optimization tagging.
- Kubernetes Support: Manage namespace allocations, assist developers with pod investigations, and verify deployments via Argo CD.
- AI-Driven Workflow Optimization: Use AI coding assistants (like Claude) and prompt engineering to write scripts, validate Terraform plans, and interact with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for automated policy checks.
Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in technical support, IT operations, or junior cloud/DevOps roles.
- Cloud Knowledge: Foundational understanding of AWS or Azure (compute, storage, and networking).
- Kubernetes Basics: Understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals (namespaces, pods, and deployments).
- AI Tooling: Proficiency in using LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering techniques for scripting and troubleshooting.
- Problem Solving: Ability to follow standard playbooks, triage technical issues, and document recurring solutions.
