Eligibility & Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate degree (UG) from a recognized university.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and verbal English skills are mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate internal software with minimal supervision.
- Joining Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up: Monitor outstanding healthcare receivables and follow up on pending claims with US insurance companies via telephone.
- Claims Resolution: Track claim statuses, identify reasons for unpaid or denied claims, and ensure timely resolution according to process standards.
- Training Provided: Comprehensive process and technical training will be provided to all selected freshers.
