Job Description – International Non-Voice Process
Firstsource is hiring freshers for the role of Customer Service Associate (CSA) in an International Non-Voice Process. The role involves handling customer service-related queries through non-voice channels such as email or back-office systems.
This position is suitable for candidates who prefer non-voice roles, structured work environments, and night-shift operations.
Key Responsibilities
