• Skills Required:
  • Excellent spoken and verbal English communication.
  • Basic computer operating skills and willingness to work in night shifts.
  • Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track outstanding receivables for US healthcare clients.
• Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.
• Resolve claim rejections and assist in accelerating reimbursement processing.
