Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Orientation: Assist in preparing welcome kits, organizing new hire orientations, setting up Day 1 documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for IT equipment and Workday tasks.
- HRIS & Data Integrity: Maintain digital employee records in Workday and ensure maximum accuracy across internal systems.
- Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of internal events, town halls, team-building activities, and internal newsletters.
- HR Projects: Provide operational assistance on special country-level HR initiatives and ongoing programs.
