Core Roles & Responsibilities

Selected engineers will interact directly with international enterprise clients and consumers to maintain seamless technical infrastructure. Core duties include:

  • Global Technical Assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers facing platform, hardware, or software discrepancies.
  • First-Call Resolution (FCR): Efficiently diagnose, troubleshoot, and isolate technical bugs with a core focus on resolving issues during the initial contact.
  • Customer Handling: Deliver exceptional customer support by maintaining high professional etiquettes and assuring optimal customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
  • Case Documentation: Log technical inquiries, troubleshooting steps, and final fixes into internal CRM database architectures accurately.
