Job Overview

Movate is looking for technically skilled support professionals who can handle international chat support for networking and device-related issues. This role involves troubleshooting, multitasking, and delivering a smooth customer experience.

📌 Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in International Chat Support
📌 Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree
📌 Shift: Rotational night shifts
📌 CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
📌 Work Mode: On-site (Ambattur, Chennai)

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple chats efficiently
• Providing real-time technical assistance
• Troubleshooting issues related to routers, modems, network connectivity, and devices
• Resolving customer queries with accuracy and professionalism
• Working comfortably in rotational night shifts
• Delivering high-quality support for international customers

Required Skills

Candidates should possess:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of:
  • Routers / Modems
  • IP Addressing
  • Basic Troubleshooting
• Prior experience in US voice or chat support
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Good problem-solving attitude
