🔹 L1 Technical Support – Voice Process
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound technical support calls
- Troubleshoot customer technical issues
- Provide first call resolution
- Guide customers with installation and usage
- Outbound follow-ups when required
- Ensure customer satisfaction
🔹 Inbound Sales Representative – Voice Process
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales calls and chats
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Upsell and cross-sell products
- Follow company compliance and policies
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Technical or Sales Voice Process
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Good English communication skills
- Customer handling experience
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
