💼 Role: Branch Internship Trainee Associate
As an intern, you won’t just be observing—you’ll be part of the action. Muthoot offers a comprehensive On-the-Job Training (OJT) program covering both practical and theoretical aspects of banking and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle walk-in inquiries and assist with KYC documentation.
- In-House Sales: Cross-sell financial products to existing customers (strictly inside the branch).
- Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and follow up on interest collections.
