- Customer Acquisition: Identify potential business locations, source new microfinance/loan customers, and expand branch portfolios.
- Field Verification & Operations: Conduct primary credential checks, field surveys, and organize customer training sessions.
- Collection & Demand Generation: Collect scheduled loan installments post-disbursement and ensure timely field recovery.
