As a Technical Chat Support Specialist, you will act as a core solutions provider for a global customer base:
Global Chat Support: Providing high-quality technical chat and ticketing solutions to clarify client queries on a global scale.
Product Assistance: Helping users understand and choose Namecheap products and services (including domains, hosting, and security solutions) based on their explicit needs.
Technical Configuration: Assisting customers in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting their web hosting and domain infrastructures.
