Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a Relationship Manager, you will be driving user engagement and closing deals entirely over the phone:
- Lead Engagement: Make outbound calls to high-intent prospects using data generated through the NoBroker platform.
- Deal Closures: Build strong relationships with property seekers and owners, recommend custom platform solutions, and close sales packages.
- Daily Pipeline Follow-ups: Manage both fresh and historical leads systematically to maximize revenue generation.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to corporate service benchmarks to ensure clients receive a seamless, broker-free real estate experience.
Eligibility Criteria & Language Rules
To clear the interview rounds successfully, make sure you meet these essential prerequisites:
- Education: Open to Any Undergraduate or Post Graduate degree holder (BBA, MBA, B.Tech, B.Com, B.A., etc.).
- Mandatory Languages: You must be completely fluent in English AND either Hindi or Kannada. (Knowing Tamil or Telugu is a great added advantage).
- Technical Skills: Basic hands-on comfort with MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, for lead tracking.
- Work Schedule Flexibility: Ready for a standard 9-hour operational shift (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM). The role operates on a 6-day work week with a rotational week-off during the weekdays.
