📝 Job Description – Key Responsibilities
As a Helpdesk Associate (L1 Support), you will:
- Provide IT Service Desk support to end-users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Record, update, and escalate support tickets
- Support IT onboarding activities for new employees
- Assist internal IT teams with system testing & integration
- Perform system monitoring and maintenance
- Suggest and implement process improvements
- Work closely with global IT teams
💻 Technical Skills Required
Candidates should have knowledge of:
- Windows 10
- macOS
- iOS & Android devices
- Google Suite
- Microsoft environment
- IT hardware & software troubleshooting
