What is an AR Caller? (Role & Responsibilities)
As an AR Caller in the healthcare insurance domain, your primary goal is to ensure smooth payment cycles for medical claims.
- Insurance Follow-up: Call US-based insurance companies to check the status of pending medical claims.
- Problem Solving: Resolve queries related to claim denials and ensure payments are processed correctly.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high service standards while adhering to healthcare guidelines.
- Research: Perform routine research on consumer inquiries and insurance processes.
Eligibility & Requirements
