Experience: – Fresher – 2 years
Salary CTC: Up to 5 LPA (3.6 LPA (Fixed) + performance-based incentives)
Language: Excellent Verbal & Written communication in English + any regional Language
Required Skills: Excellent Communication in English and Interested in Customer Success

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and meeting targets.
Sales mindset to effectively communicate NxtWave’s offerings and achieve revenue targets.
Passion for delivering high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as a mentor and guide for potential learners.
Counselling prospects, offering career advice, and explaining the benefits of CCBP 4.0 Programs.
Establishing the effectiveness and uniqueness of the programs.
Managing the entire sales closing life cycle for assigned leads.
Maintaining a detailed database of interactions and providing feedback on lead quality.
Meeting weekly revenue and enrolment targets.
