Role & Responsibilities

This is a travel-intensive, target-driven role focused on on-ground student engagement.

  • Field Outreach: Conduct visits to 12th-grade schools, junior colleges, and coaching centers to schedule and deliver demo sessions.
  • Lead Generation: Generate student leads and drive paid applications for the NxtWave Admission Test (NAT).
  • Relationship Building: Develop trust-based relationships with school/college principals and educational partners.
  • On-Ground Activities: Organize stalls, events, and local promotions to spread awareness about NIAT programs.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 5 years in marketing, sales, business development, or counseling.
  • Language: Excellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
  • Assets: Must own a two-wheeler and a laptop.
  • Documentation: A valid Driving License is mandatory.
  • Mobility: Must be open to consistent travel and field visits.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Pay: Up to ₹6 Lakhs Per Annum.
  • Incentives: Performance-based earnings up to ₹3 Lakhs Per Annum.
  • Allowances: Food, travel, and accommodation allowances provided.
  • Reimbursements: Full coverage for all official travel expenses.
