- Insurance Follow-ups: Contact US healthcare insurance companies (payers) to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
- Claim Resolution: Identify payment discrepancies, denial causes, and resubmit claims to secure timely reimbursement for healthcare providers.
- Process Execution: Work within a voice-based process adhering to client performance standards and compliance regulations.
Eligibility Criteria & Key Skills
- Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Mandatory for Voice Process).
- Requirements: Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of US Healthcare, Medical Billing, or AR Calling is an added advantage.
