• Call US-based payers (insurance companies) to resolve claim issues
• Work on denial & non-denial claims after reviewing internal systems
• Identify process trends, issues, and improvements
• Follow workflow documentation including SOPs, trackers, issue logs
• Participate in training sessions to gain hands-on RCM knowledge
• Resolve complex patient account issues
• Identify claims that can be fixed without calls
• Escalate critical cases to senior billing specialists
• Maintain high accuracy in claim resolution
