- Call US-based payers (insurance companies) to resolve claim issues
- Work on denial & non-denial claims after reviewing internal systems
- Identify process trends, issues, and improvements
- Follow workflow documentation including SOPs, trackers, issue logs
- Participate in training sessions to gain hands-on RCM knowledge
- Resolve complex patient account issues
- Identify claims that can be fixed without calls
- Escalate critical cases to senior billing specialists
- Maintain high accuracy in claim resolution
