Available Positions & Role Profiles

Omega Healthcare is recruiting for two distinct operational tracks. Candidates can choose their process path based on their core qualifications and shift preferences:

1. AR Executive – Voice Process (Night Shift)

  • Earning Potential: Up to ₹18,000 Take-Home Salary
  • Shift Timings: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Aligned with US Business Hours)
  • Educational Scope: Open to all graduates (BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, as well as B.E. / B.Tech).
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Direct contact with US insurance providers to systematically resolve claim denials and outstanding payment accounts.
    • Review database frameworks for processed insurance payments, self-pay adjustments, and accounting logs.
    • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), issue logs, and macro-level trend trackers.

2. Medical Coding & Billing – Non-Voice (Ambulance Billing)

  • Earning Potential: ₹15,000 Flat Take-Home Salary
  • Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Standard Day Shift)
  • Educational Scope: Restricted to non-technical graduates (BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA). B.E./B.Tech candidates are not eligible for this track.
  • Transit Note: No company-sponsored cab facility is available for this day shift process.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Utilize baseline knowledge of international medical coding codes and billing parameters.
    • Handle data entry operations with high precision and intense attention to detail.
    • Process ambulance transport records and translate clinical records into billing documents.
