Call US insurance payers to resolve claim issues
Work on payments, adjustments, and self-pay accounts
Identify claim trends and escalate issues when required
Maintain SOPs, issue logs, and trackers
Participate in RCM training programs
Investigate complex patient account issues
Support payer-level reprocessing and special projects
