2️⃣ Medical Billing – Day Shift (Non-Voice)
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Education: Graduates only
- Process: Medical Billing / RCM
Eligibility Criteria

- Skills Required: Good communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
AR Executive (Voice)
- Call US insurance payers to resolve claim issues
- Work on payments, adjustments, and self-pay accounts
- Identify claim trends and escalate issues when required
- Maintain SOPs, issue logs, and trackers
- Participate in RCM training programs
- Investigate complex patient account issues
- Support payer-level reprocessing and special projects
Medical Billing (Non-Voice)
- Review claim documents and update system records
- Maintain process logs and trackers
- Support end-to-end RCM operations with accuracy
