Job Summary & Responsibilities
As an AR Associate, you will play a critical role in the financial health of healthcare providers by ensuring insurance companies pay medical claims on time.
Insurance Follow-up: Initiate contact with US-based insurance companies to track outstanding medical claims.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve payment discrepancies or claim denials.
Reimbursement: Work to ensure healthcare providers receive accurate and timely payments.
Voice Process: Use professional English communication to negotiate and clarify billing issues with international payers.
Eligibility & Expectations
Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply.
Batch: Specialized focus on 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs.
Skills: Excellent verbal English communication is a mandatory requirement.
Availability: Must be an immediate joiner.
Work Week: Monday to Friday (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off).
