Key Job Responsibilities

As an AR Associate in a voice-based healthcare process, you will act as a bridge between healthcare providers and international insurance firms:

• Insurance Coordination: Initiate outbound calls to US-based health insurance companies (payers) to follow up on outstanding or unpaid medical claims.
• Denial Resolution: Analyze, identify, and resolve payment discrepancies or claim denials to secure accurate reimbursements for clients.
• Documentation: Systematically log claim statuses, financial updates, and resolution notes within internal database platforms.
