Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers can apply
- Good communication skills required
- Willingness to work in day or night shifts
Roles & Responsibilities
- Call insurance payers to resolve claims (denial & non-denial)
- Review claims using PMS and internal systems
- Follow SOPs, workflow documentation, issue logs, and trackers
- Identify trends, payer issues, and process improvements
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors or lead billing specialists
- Participate in RCM and process training sessions
- Investigate patient account issues including timelines and reimbursements
- Identify non-calling accounts and resolve them analytically
