Key Responsibilities
As an Associate in the CSDD Content Operations team, you will support day-to-day execution of digital content workflows:
Content Operations Execution: Execute assigned content production and digital delivery tasks accurately following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Tracker & Workflow Maintenance: Keep project trackers and task workflows updated across tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
Process & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, update process documentation/Job Aids, and support data validation for operational reporting.
Issue Escalation: Identify operational variances, data inconsistencies, or tooling issues and escalate them promptly with clear contextual details.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide clear, structured status updates to team supervisors and participate in daily/weekly project check-ins.
Eligibility Criteria & Desired Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: Up to 1–2 years of experience. Relevant internship or placement experience will also be considered.
Preferred Background: Prior exposure to content production, digital operations, publishing, or administrative support.
Technical Exposure:
Knowledge or willingness to learn JIRA (task tracking) and Smartsheet (operational tracking).
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Planner, and SharePoint.
Basic exposure to Excel (advanced functions preferred) or reporting tools like Power BI.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and a strong learning orientation.
