Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Associate / Management Trainee, you will act as the primary point of contact for travelers during their trips. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth, stress-free, and memorable travel experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time customer support during trips
- Resolve travel-related issues quickly and efficiently
- Share destination tips, recommendations, and insights
- Handle emergency situations with confidence
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage logistics
