Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for the Human Resources Executive role will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end hiring processes for Agent Hiring and Sales Hiring
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, networking, field sourcing, and social media
- Conducting interviews and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers
- Handling stakeholder management with internal teams and department heads
- Collaborating with onboarding teams and MIS teams to ensure smooth joining processes
- Maintaining daily MIS reports, recruitment dashboards, and hiring trackers
- Ensuring effective communication and a positive experience for candidates during the entire selection process
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Tamil speaking ability is mandatory for this role
- Prior experience in mass hiring, BPO recruitment, or sales hiring is preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume hiring requirements
- Basic proficiency in Excel and recruitment MIS
- Good negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
