Key Roles & Responsibilities

As an Associate Consultant at Policybazaar, you will act as the face of the company, providing end-to-end operational support directly to policyholders:

  • On-Site Customer Visits: Visit clients directly at their homes, workplaces, or hospital locations to address real-time health insurance queries.
  • Documentation Assistance: Guide customers through critical insurance paperwork, including policy issuance documents, endorsements, renewals, and medical claim forms.
  • Policy Simplification: Explain complex coverage parameters, financial benefits, policy exclusions, and claim filing procedures in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Verification & Collection: Physically collect and verify required documents to ensure data accuracy and complete compliance before backend submission.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal operations, underwriting, and claims management teams to ensure rapid turnaround times for client issues.
