About the Role: Community Associate

In this role, you will be the frontline voice of Poshmark India. You won’t be handling cold calls or frustrating telemarketing tasks; instead, you will engage directly with Poshmark users via email, messenger, and social support channels.

Your primary goal is to resolve time-sensitive inquiries regarding orders, track shipments, assist with account updates, and provide detailed platform education to buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities

• Email & Social Support: Respond to user queries in a timely, friendly, and highly professional manner.
• Troubleshooting: Research and recommend fast solutions for open orders, platform glitches, and account-related issues.
