🧾 Job Description
The Presales Engineer will play a key role in helping prospective customers understand product capabilities through product demos, webinars, and technical discussions. You will act as a bridge between sales, product management, and engineering teams to deliver the right solutions to customers.
This role involves handling RFPs (Request for Proposals), BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), and supporting technical implementations as per client needs.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging product demos, presentations, and webinars
- Handle RFPs, RFIs, and BRDs with detailed technical solutions
- Act as a technical liaison between sales, engineering, and product teams
- Educate potential customers on product features and business benefits
- Understand customer challenges and propose effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product features
- Support implementation based on client requirements
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and end-user experience
✅ Desired Skills & Qualities
- Ability to understand highly technical concepts and explain them clearly
- Strong experience in product demos and technical presentations
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Curious, self-driven learner with a passion for technology
- High patience and perseverance in client interactions
- Experience or knowledge in SQL, APIs
- Exposure to data analytics, data preparation, or data science is a plus
