The primary purpose of this role is to provide effective operational and technical support to the process, resolve client issues directly or through escalation, and ensure adherence to defined process SLAs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Process & Customer Support
Manage transactions as per defined quality and process standards
Handle incoming client requests via calls and emails professionally
Accurately document customer details and issue descriptions
Track, record, and resolve client queries using internal systems
Resolve issues within agreed SLAs and escalate critical issues when required
Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and self-help documentation
🔹 Client Interaction & Issue Resolution
Diagnose client issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions
Assist clients in navigating product features and menus
Provide alternative solutions when applicable to retain client trust
Ensure complete and accurate documentation of all interactions
Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and SLA compliance
🔹 Learning & Capability Building
Participate in product and process training programs
Stay updated with product features, changes, and enhancements
Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs
Continuously upgrade skills through self-learning initiatives
