Key Responsibilities

As a Process Trainee in the Accounts Receivable (AR) calling team, your core day-to-day operations will include:

  • Insurance Follow-ups: Initiating outbound calls to US healthcare insurance companies on behalf of doctors and medical providers to verify claim statuses and eligibility.
  • Denial Management: Examining rejected or denied claims, identifying the root cause of the payment block, and taking corrective steps to re-submit claims.
  • Overdue Collections: Monitoring outstanding medical accounts and communicating with client teams regarding billing invoices and pending balances.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate, comprehensive data logs of all insurance interactions within the specialized medical billing software systems.

  2. Aptitude Assessment
  3. Versant Assessment (Spoken English proficiency verification)
