Job Responsibilities
Customer Support
Handle customer queries via international chat support
Resolve telecom service and product-related issues
Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely responses
Upselling & Sales
Identify opportunities to upsell telecom products and services
Communicate benefits of upgraded plans effectively
Meet individual and team sales targets
Process & Documentation
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
Team Collaboration
Work closely with team members and internal departments
Attend daily meetings and training sessions
Performance Metrics
Achieve KPIs such as NPS, quality scores, and sales targets
Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any stream
Passed out 2020 and later only
No active backlogs (arrears)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or chat support preferred
Telecom billing experience is an added advantage
Required Skills

Strong persuasion and sales aptitude
Good problem-solving and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of CRM tools
Willingness to work in night shifts
