Prodapt Solutions is hiring for International Chat Support – Telecom roles. Selected candidates will handle customer interactions via chat, ensure high customer satisfaction, and contribute to revenue through effective upselling—while adhering to quality and process standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Engage with customers via chat to resolve inquiries and issues
- Deliver timely and effective solutions to maintain high CSAT
Upselling
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products/services
- Communicate benefits of upgrades to meet sales targets
Process Adherence
- Follow SOPs and compliance guidelines
- Accurately document interactions in CRM systems
Collaboration & Performance
- Work closely with teams to ensure seamless CX
- Meet performance metrics including NPS and sales targets
Requirements & Skills
- Graduate in any stream
- Excellent written communication skills (English required)
- Strong persuasion and sales aptitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: 1–2 years’ experience in sales/chat support (Telecom Billing a plus)
- Proficient with CRM tools
Flexibility
- Willing to work night shifts (Two-way cab & shift allowance provided)
- Work from office (5 days)

- Freshers: Passed out 2020 and later only
