🏠 Job Role: Trainee – HR (Remote)

• Candidate Sourcing & Screening
  • Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases
  • Resume shortlisting & screening calls
  • Conducting pre-employment assessments
• Campus Hiring
  • Engaging with colleges and organizing virtual drives
  • Building a strong fresher pipeline
• Recruitment Operations
  • Updating recruitment databases
  • Interview scheduling and coordination

💰 Salary Details

Duration	Stipend / Salary
6-Month Traineeship	₹20,000 per month
Post-Traineeship CTC	₹5,00,000 per annum (on absorption)

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• 🎓 Education: Final-year students or recent graduates (2024 / 2025 pass outs)
• 📘 Courses: B.Com / BBA / BA / BSc / MA / MBA / MSc / M.Com (or related fields)
