Key Responsibilities
As an HR Trainee, you will work directly with the global Talent Acquisition team to scale company growth. Your primary duties will include:
Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Finding high-quality potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases; reviewing resumes and conducting initial screening calls to assess basic cultural and operational fit.
Campus Hiring Initiatives: Identifying and engaging with prominent colleges for fresher hiring drives, managing virtual campus logistics, scheduling interviews, and nurturing a strong pipeline of entry-level talent.
Recruitment Operations: Managing candidate databases, maintaining real-time hiring trackers, administering pre-employment tests, and coordinating interview setups with senior hiring managers.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, BBA, M.Com, M.Sc, M.A, MBA, or related streams.
