The recruitment program follows a progressive 3-stage career lifecycle:

1. Phase 1: Internship Program (3 Months)

2. Phase 2: Traineeship Program (6 Months)

   • Stipend: ₹20,000 per month.
3. Phase 3: Full-Time FTE Opportunity
   • Upon successful evaluation across the 9-month journey, top performers will transition into an Associate Software Engineer role with a package of ₹9,00,000 P.A. (₹9.0 LPA).

Key Responsibilities & Core Stack

Selected Trainee Engineers will work closely with core software architects to scale Recruit CRM’s SaaS recruitment platform:

• Feature Development: Design, build, and deploy new micro-features and modules from scratch using scalable clean-code principles.
• System Maintenance: Maintain, debug, and optimize existing SaaS modules to enhance performance and system reliability.
• AI/ML Integration: Gain direct exposure to AI-driven recruitment automations, smart sourcing engine workflows, and natural language algorithms.
• Core Technology Stack: Java, Python, AI, and Machine Learning.

Eligibility Criteria & Technical Requirements

Academic Qualifications

• Target Batch: Freshers finishing their graduation or post-graduation strictly in the year 2027.
• Streams Allowed: BE, B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc in Computer Science / IT / Computer Applications streams.

Assessment Infrastructure Mandatory Requirements
