About the Role: Product Strategy Intern
As a Product Strategy Intern, you will work directly with the CEO Office and senior leadership teams on Revolut’s most critical initiatives. This role offers exposure to high-impact strategy work, product innovation, and large-scale decision-making.
You will support Product Strategy Managers and other executives by providing insights, solving complex challenges, automating processes, and contributing to the long-term product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on global markets, competition, customer behavior, and Revolut’s positioning
- Identify new product opportunities and features to support Revolut’s rapid global expansion
- Assist in developing long-term product strategy and vision
- Improve and automate existing business intelligence workflows
- Work on complex cross-functional projects with significant business impact
- Use data insights to solve problems and optimize workflows
- Support high-level strategic decision-making
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Graduation year: 2024 or 2025
- Minimum academic score:
- GPA 3.5/4 (US)
- 2:1 (UK)
- 8/10 (other countries)
- Degree in STEM or any quantitative-focused field (Finance, Economics, Business, etc.)
- Minimum 6 months experience (internships or full-time) in:
- Strategy consulting
- Investment banking
- High-growth tech companies
- Available to work full-time for 6 months
- Valid work rights (no visa sponsorship available)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to break down complex problems
- Comfortable working with data
- Curiosity, ownership, and passion for impact
- Interest in fintech and global financial systems
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with analytics or product tools
- Understanding of global fintech landscape
