Key Roles & Responsibilities

As an HR Associate, you will be given complete ownership of the talent pipeline to scale engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams:

  • End-to-End Pipeline Ownership: Managing candidate pipelines with strict accountability for baseline metrics like time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and overall quality-of-hire.
  • Advanced Talent Sourcing: Utilizing multiple primary networks and databases—such as LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, and specialized job portals—to source niche tech and non-tech personnel.
  • Candidate Engagement: Screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, organizing assessment rounds, and maintaining continuous communication to maintain high conversion and offer closure rates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partnering directly with business leaders and departmental heads to forecast future hiring goals and present metric-driven candidate insights via performance dashboards.

Must-Have Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the screening round during the drive, candidates must fulfill the following parameters:

  • Experience Range: 0 to 4 years of experience focused on SaaS talent acquisition or fast-paced tech startup hiring.
