Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a Trainee Process Consultant in the International Non-Voice team, candidates will perform backend operations:
- Claims Processing: Review and process healthcare insurance claims following client guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Quality & Audit Compliance: Adhere to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), accuracy standards, and auditing protocols.
- Data Navigation: Use healthcare tools and client platforms to verify member and provider data efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Eligible Degrees: Arts & Science Graduates ONLY (B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, B.C.A, B.B.A, etc.).
- Eligible Batches: 2024, 2025, and 2026 Pass-outs (2026 graduates must have all results declared).
- Ineligible Degrees: B.E / B.Tech, Postgraduates (M.A, M.Sc, M.Com, M.Tech, MBA), and Diploma holders are NOT eligible.
- Education Pattern: Full-time 10+2+3 (15 years of formal education) is mandatory.
- Core Skills: Good written and verbal English communication, basic computer navigation, and fast, accurate typing skills.
