Key Responsibilities & Process Operations

As an International Non-Voice Trainee Process Consultant, you will handle backend healthcare data processing operations:

• Healthcare Data Processing: Process international healthcare claims, client records, and documentation adhering to global compliance rules.
• Non-Voice Execution: Focus 100% on backend digital record management, data verification, and computer-based processing with zero phone support duties.
• Accuracy & Production Benchmarks: Maintain high transaction accuracy, data entry speed, and adherence to client service level agreements (SLAs).
• Workflow Tools: Navigate internal administrative systems and healthcare database management applications efficiently.

• Target Batches: 2024, 2025, and 2026 Pass-outs (10+2+3 / 15 years of mandatory formal education).
