As a Customer Care Executive in Sagility’s healthcare insurance wing, your daily operations will focus heavily on administrative precision and customer success:

• Claims Processing: Manage, review, and investigate healthcare insurance claims filed by insured clients to decide on proper adjustments, remittance, or structured denials.
• Inbound/Outbound Support: Handle transactional voice calls from international clients and healthcare providers as per process guidelines.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily assigned productivity, attendance, and quality audit benchmarks.
• Corporate Standards: Adhere strictly to service-level agreements (SLAs), compliance policies, and professional code of conduct parameters.

Eligibility Criteria & Strict Exclusions

To maintain a smooth screening flow, ensure your profile meets the following guidelines before arriving at the interview venue:

• Educational Profile: Open to 12th Pass (10+2), Diploma holders (10+3), and Any Graduate streams.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be 28 years of age or below at the time of application.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be completely comfortable working continuous US Night Shifts and operational rotational schedules.
