Key Responsibilities
- Handle US Healthcare non-voice chat interactions, backend records processing, and customer query resolutions.
- Manage data verification, entry, and claims documentation following strict compliance norms.
- Maintain high accuracy levels and meet daily client productivity metrics.
- Work in rotational shifts to coordinate operations across international time zones.
Eligibility Criteria & Key Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Strictly Arts & Science Graduates (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, B.C.A., B.B.A. / B.M.S., Bachelor of Liberal Arts).
- Education Requirement: Full-time 10+2+3 (15 years of education) is mandatory.
- Strict Exclusions: B.E., B.Tech, Diploma, Postgraduates (PG), Data Science, Viscom, and AI course candidates are NOT ELIGIBLE.
- Skills Required:
- Good oral and written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and basic computer navigation skills.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
