1. Core Role & Responsibilities

• Process Execution: Manage and execute international back-office healthcare processes with high data accuracy.
• Systems Navigation: Utilize basic computer navigation and fast typing skills to update client databases and process workflow tickets.
• Shift Operations: Work in rotational night shifts supporting global healthcare business timelines.

2. Candidate Eligibility & Qualification Criteria

• Education Stream: Open strictly to Arts & Science graduates (B.Com, B.A, B.Sc, B.C.A, B.B.A / B.M.S).
• Batch Eligibility: 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs only. (Final results are mandatory for 2026 graduates).
• Ineligible Degrees: B.E / B.Tech, Post Graduates, Diploma holders, Data Science, Viscom, and AI specialized candidates are NOT eligible.
• Education Structure: 10+2+3 (15 years of continuous education) is compulsory.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, good typing speed, and willingness to work night shifts from the office.
