Role Description
As a Customer Service Executive at Shaadi.com, you will be the first point of contact for members using the platform. You will assist users, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey.
This role is ideal for candidates who are empathetic, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, chat, and email
- Assist users with profile creation and platform navigation
- Resolve customer issues professionally with empathy
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve user experience
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Graduate degree preferred
