About the Team

The Trust & Safety (T&S) team ensures that ShareChat and Moj remain safe, engaging, and authentic for all users. The team plays a vital role in content moderation, quality assurance, and compliance — maintaining a healthy and secure online ecosystem.

Role Overview

As an Operations Associate – Content Moderation, you’ll manage content quality and ensure user safety. You will moderate user-generated content, analyze operational data, suggest improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance and quality checks across content moderation operations.
• Maintain platform quality, ensuring safety and user experience standards.
• Execute and optimize quality assurance processes.
• Manage daily operational workflows and ensure team compliance.
• Collaborate with teams for training, policy updates, and calibration sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in quality operations or content moderation.
• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi + one regional language, and good command of English.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Data management and analysis skills
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently.
